Custom Irons is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1 – 3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Postage within Australia
Postage within Australia will be sent with Australia Post.
Cost of postage will be determined by the weight and size of the parcel. During the checkout process, our website will automatically calculate the shipping cost which will vary depending on the final dimensions and weight of the parcel. All parcels will be sent Express Registered Post with a tracking number. If you do not receive your order with 4 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf or provide you with your tracking number, or both, whichever you prefer.

When will my order be shipped?
Our service delivery cut off time is 12pm Queensland Time (+10GMT). All orders placed before this time will normally be sent out on the same working day. All orders placed after that will normally be shipped the following business day. However, due to the high volumes of orders, packages are not guaranteed to ship the same day, but will ship as soon as possible. Orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
